From tailgates and private parties to festivals, weddings, races, and curated gatherings, we believe your environment should enhance the moment—not limit it.

Our Bus is a twist on mobile hosting:

Planning Your Event

  1. Pick a Location

Provide City and State if you do not have an exact adress yet. 11ft clearence, 30ft length, & 25Ton acsess road required.

Take these steps as they are necessary to ensure we are a good fit for your needs. If you have questions before this feel free to email us.

  1. Select a Date & Time

Reservations must be at least 2 week in advance. Let us know what time your event begins. We will arrive at least 1 hour early depending on set up needs.

  1. Duration of Event

We offer reservations 4-8 hours over 8 hours will be a full day. If booking for multiple days you can sleep 5-8 people. If using high power continous electrical devices events over 8 hours will require property that allows generators or provides power connection..

  1. Gather Details of Event

Tell us about the event you are attending or having. Dirt/grass or hard ground? Electricity available? Water hook up? Private property or state? You can view our Services page for packages and add on options.

  1. Make a Reservation (Pay Later)

Make a reservation on our calander for the date and timeframe of your event. We will contact you the next day to anwser questions and discuss details.. After we pick a package that meets your needs and negotiate a price a $250 deposit will reserve your spot.

6.Spread the Excitment

2 Weeks before event we will touch base and review details. 1 week before 20% of total is due. Remaining balance is due upon arrival 1 hour before event.
